I first encountered it over 25 years ago.  I have practised it as far as possible since that time though it took me a while to believe it could work. It also took a while to find a partner willing to try it. My motivation was to explore new realms of possibility within a loving relationship. Basically I wanted to stop the confusion and madness of what had happened in the past. Deep down I just knew love had to be more lasting and meaningful than what I had been experiencing before..
