Tibetan Buddhist sage Naropa received “The Instructions on Mahāmudrā” on the banks of the Ganges from his master, Tilopa (988–1069).
Here are the excerpts most relevant to Synergy lovemaking. Celibacy-loving Buddhists sometimes omit them from the 33-part version (below). Thus there exist both 29-verse and 33-verse versions.

If you entrust yourself to a secret consort,
The wisdom of bliss-emptiness will manifest;
Thus, engage in union, which is the benediction of method and wisdom.
Let it gently descend, maintain it, reverse it, and bring it back up.
Guide it to the specific places within the body, letting it thoroughly bathe every part.
If you remain free from the grasp of desire, then the wisdom of bliss-emptiness will appear.32
Like the waxing moon, your life will lengthen;
Without graying, you will have the strength and radiant presence of a lion.
You will quickly achieve ordinary accomplishments
Before attaining supreme accomplishment.33
